Return & Exchange Policy

At RUHVEE, we focus on limited-stock and unique pieces. For this reason, we do not offer returns.

No Returns

All sales are final once the order is delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference changes.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged, or

  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Request must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags and packaging

Exchange Process

Contact us within 5 days at ruhvee.ae@gmail.com and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange the exchange. RUHVEE reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
